When does Cora produce a verdict?

After a published funnel has enough valid, current outcome data, Cora summarizes the supporting evidence and recommends the next reviewable action. The verdict appears in the dashboard; supported notifications depend on your plan and configured integrations.

What counts as a published funnel?

Any funnel mounted to a live URL (custom domain or ConvertZap subdomain) with tracking active. Drafts don't count toward your limit. Unpublishing a funnel frees a slot immediately.

Can I change plans later?

Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime from your billing portal. Prorated billing applies automatically. Cora delivery channel upgrades take effect on the next verdict cycle.

Is there a free trial?

Every plan includes a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start. You pay when you're ready to publish live funnels and enable the paid plan features you selected.

What's the difference between Cora SMS and voice notifications?

SMS provides a concise verdict summary. Voice presents the verdict and its supporting reasons in spoken form. Both require enough valid funnel evidence and a configured delivery integration; the dashboard remains the source of truth.

Do you offer annual billing?

Yes — annual billing saves 2 months. Contact us after signing up and we'll switch you to annual with a prorated refund.

Is my data secure?

All data is stored in PostgreSQL with Row-Level Security enforced per workspace. Server-side tracking events flow direct to your configured CAPI / GA4 / Hyros endpoints — we don't intercept or resell.

What's white-label Cora?

Agency tier ships Cora under your brand: your voice ID, your phone number, your domain. Your clients hear Cora as your AI — they never know ConvertZap is the engine. Includes Stripe Connect platform mode so your markup flows direct.
